Dog fitness workshop

Fitness training for the dog offers many physical as well as mental benefits. It helps keep the cardiovascular system healthy and promotes healthy weight, but it also improves muscle tone, strength and endurance. The different positions that have to be assumed and held also train the mind and can even positively influence focus, attention span and problem-solving behavior. Last but not least, and we know this from ourselves, fitness training can also contribute to reducing stress. Here it is important that the dogs are shown the various exercises correctly and with a lot of patience and that the level of difficulty is only increased slowly.
